Kenneth F. McCallion is of counsel to Holman Law. Attorney McCallion has extensive experience litigating cases involving labor and business law, and advocates on behalf of consumers, employees, and investors. Kenneth McCallion graduated from Yale University and attended Fordham Law School. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at Cardozo Law School and teaches a course in Remedies for Wartime Confiscation.

With the assistance of attorney Thomas A. Holman, Mr. McCallion also represented Holocaust victims and their families, acting as lead counsel in federal class action lawsuits filed against several French Banks. Attorney McCallion’s actions resulted in the creation of a substantial settlement fund for Holocaust victims, survivors, and family members. Mr. McCallion also pursued successful settlements against German industry and government entities on behalf of thousands of victims of WWII forced labor.
Recently, Mr. McCallion represented a family exposed to a Dow Chemical pesticide (Dursban TC), winning a significant jury verdict. Mr. McCallion has represented numerous families of 9/11 victims, and plane crash victims from American Airlines Flight 587.
